Pengaruh Pembelajaran Praktikum Terhadap Peningkatkan Motivasi Mahasiswa Dalam Menghadapi Dunia Kerja

Pembelajaran praktikum memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran praktikum terhadap peningkatan motivasi mahasiswa, serta mengevaluasi bagaimana pengalaman praktikum mempersiapkan mahasiswa memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan data dari 102 responden yang dikumpulkan menjadi kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis data numerik dengan metode regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi dengan menggunakan perangkat software statistika yakni Minitab. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran praktikum sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja. Uji korelasi menghasilkan hubungan positif antara variabel pembelajaran praktikum dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yang kuat (
